Brooks Macdonald has announced the departures of chief financial officer Ben Thorpe and chief operating officer Lynsey Cross.
A market update said Thorpe has notified the company of his intention to leave the board with immediate effect.
But he will continue in the role of CFO while a replacement is sought and an orderly handover takes place.
Cross who led the re-platforming of the business to SS&C Technologies Holdings inc is also leaving.
This was a major milestone in the Brook Macdonald’s digital transformation project.
Cross will continue to work at the firm to oversee the final aspects of the migration but will leave the board with immediate effect.
Brooks Macdonald said the directors do not currently intend to appoint a board level replacement.
This is because much of the operation of the business is now outsourced.
Commenting on the board changes, Brooks Macdonald Alan Carruthers said: “I would like to thank both Ben and Lynsey for their contributions during a period of significant change for the business. They leave us in a much improved position and well placed for further growth.”
In a trading update published on 12 January the firm reported growth with the group’s funds under management up 4.5% with net inflows of £200m.
